‘White Collar’ Closes Freshman Season
It’s a Finale Tonight

I love it when I get to write “I told ya so!” USA Network’s latest original series White Collar has turned out to be as excellent as I’d hoped ever since I first learned the pilot would star Traveler (loved that short-lived show, even if nobody but me and two other people remember it) and Chuck alum Matthew Bomer. So, it’s kind of bittersweet for us fans that the crime dramedy wraps its first season tonight, March 9, at 10pm ET with the finale “Out of the Box.”
Already renewed for a second season (thank goodness) slated to begin later this year, the series attempts to tie up a few loose ends in the finale that have been hanging around since the premiere.
While Bomer’s reluctantly reformed ace con artist Neal Caffrey heads to the Italian Consulate to “procure” an essential music box, his FBI agent minder and reluctant partner Pete Burke (Tim DeKay) focuses on finally nabbing his dirty colleague Garrett Fowler (Noah Emmerich). I wish both men good luck.
Sneak a pool peek at the final episode of the first season below and don’t forget to tune in at 10pm ET tonight. You won’t regret it.
