I personally think she gets as much credit as her supporting role deserves, but if it seems like there's less credit these days, it's probably because she's moved on to other opportunities. Davis certainly is fantastic whenever her character is on-screen, though. Although I don't recall CBS ever repeating the Jesse Stone flicks, I know you can get them on DVD eventually. Oh, wouldn’t that be divine?! I’d be front row and center for each and every one. As it is, I’m grateful for the two movies I know are coming this year. The Jesse Stone series is definitely one worth having around for long time, and 95 percent of that is directly due to the magnificent Tom Selleck.

Now I will get my wish. I know it is a lot of work and that Mr. Selleck is probably enjoying semi-retirement, but I wish that we could at least have four or five Jesse Stone movies each year. I "love" the character he plays and the way he play the character -- very complicated character. I would like to see Jesse Stone have a minute or two of happiness each movie.
