OnTV 12-21: ‘The O.C.’ Gets a God

Hercules Hangs Out in Orange County

The O.C. I’ll be the first to admit that I don’t watch The O.C.. I caught the series debut however many years ago, and it was okay. But it wasn’t okay enough to make the teen- and wealth-focused show a must-see program for me. Nevertheless, if The O.C. featured affable guest stars like Kevin Sorbo of Hercules: The Legendary Journeys more often, my attitude might change. In “The Earth Girls Are Easy,” Sorbo stops by for the first of two guest appearances playing accountant Frank Atwood, the new man at NewMatch. Be advised that this is also the last 2006 episode of the series before it returns next year on January 4 with “The My Two Dads.” Hercules fans can look forward to getting one more glimpse of Sorbo then.
