‘Numb3rs’ Has a Season Six Finale
Is It the End of the Season or the Series?

Tonight, March 12, the math-obsessed FBI procedural Numb3rs presents the Season Six finale “Cause and Effect,” which may end up doubling as the drama’s series finale if CBS decides not to renew the show.
Considering that the network opted to reduce the current season from an original 22 episodes to just 16 back in November, it’s fair to say that the series’ outlook looks cloudy. However, also keep in mind that top CBS executive Nina Tassler claimed as recently as January that Numb3rs still has a chance to return for another run.
We’ll see and remain hopeful. If a pickup doesn’t happen, though, fans can at least watch the show in syndication on basic cable’s TNT, which also offers assorted full episodes online.
Tonight’s finale finds newlyweds Charlie and Amita delaying their trip to London in order to assist Don’s team in locating his missing firearm. Sounds way more fun than a boring old honeymoon to me.
Take a look at the “Cause and Effect” promo below and tune in to CBS at 10pm ET to watch the whole shebang.
