November 2007 Sweeps – Day 20: Rosie Returns for More Nips and Tucks
Who needs the talk-show circuit when you can have those studly middle-aged plastic surgeons Sean McNamara and Christian Troy instead? Rosie O’Donnell fans should just be happy to see the comic-actress back in familiar surroundings tonight when she returns for another guest-star stint on Nip/Tuck, TV’s randiest medical drama (suck on that, Grey’s Anatomy) ever.
Still in character as millionaire lottery winner Dawn Budge, Christian’s former bed partner visits the boys again after she has a most unfortunate encounter with (…wait for it…) an eagle and then requires reconstructive surgery to literally fix her face. Ouch!
Luckily, at least for the docs, one aspect of the work to be done involves sewing Budge’s big mouth shut. And, I bet viewers will get a nice, graphic, front-row seat to that particular procedure. Don’t say nobody warned you.
In the meantime, you can check out a whole slew of Season Five Nip/Tuck videos in the post It’s Raining ‘Nip/Tick’ Preview Clips. The Rosie episode “Dawn Budge II” airs tonight at 10pm EST.
