Hell’s Kitchen: And the winner of sorts shall be crowned. I bet it’s going to be that guy, too. [9pm EST/Fox]

30 Days: The third season closes with “Life on an Indian Reservation,” which will follow series creator Morgan Spurlock as he dwells among Native Americans for thirty days. Don’t forget to catch the Rescue Me minisode before it at 10pm, as well; they’ve been hilarious thus far. [10:05pm EST/FX]

Greatest American Dog: I personally can’t believe this is a real series, and it’s probably going to become a monster hit. [8pm EST/CBS]

Burn Notice: A second summer of hot adventures starts. [10pm EST/USA]

Reno 911!: I’m actually going to miss the wild and weird officers of the Reno Sheriff’s Department when the fifth season ends with this episode. [10:30pm EST/Comedy Centric]

Friday | July 11

Joan of Arcadia: Basic-cable syndication begins for one of television’s more entertaining and fanciful teen-oriented series. [8pm EST/Sci Fi Channel]

Flashpoint: In the newest crime drama to hit the tube, viewers will learn all about the inner workings of the Strategic Response Unit, also called the SRU. Veronica Mars dad Enrico Colantoni stars in the Canadian import. [10pm EST/CBS]

Stargate Atlantis: We fans have been waiting anxiously for the fifth season to arrive, and tonight it finally will, with a few personnel changes and cliffhangers to resolve, too. [10pm EST/Sci Fi Channel]

Saturday | July 12

Ghouls: Another Sci Fi Channel original movie with an irresistible title, and believe it or not, it’s a family drama in a way. [9pm EST/Sci Fi Channel]

Sunday | July 13

Big Brother: Season Ten opens. [8pm EST/CBS]

Generation Kill: HBO presents the premiere installment of a gripping seven-part miniseries about Marines who are among the first sent to Iraq during the current war. [9pm EST/HBO]
