A Familiar Face Returns

Tonight, March 23, marks the fourth fresh episode of Southland on TNT, which means we’re now past the halfway point of the cop drama’s six-episode sophomore season.

The latest installment called “The Runner” premieres at 10pm ET, and it features another appearance by recurring cast member C. Thomas Howell (Criminal Minds, The Hitcher).

Chickie’s burnt-out, alcoholic ex-partner Officer Billy Dewey (Howell) gets a visit from John and Ben at the halfway house where he’s staying after his former colleagues attend another cop’s funeral in the area.

Meanwhile, partners Lydia and Rene investigate the murder of a college student in Compton, and Nate, Sammy, Kenny, and Andy check out a neighborhood where a party of interest was held.
