Monday-Night ‘Heroes’ Is Back
Repeats Reign Until the September 24 Second-Season Premiere
Heroes fans parched for their weekly superpower fix cans start sating that craving today when the series returns to its comfie NBC time slot for several weeks of Monday-night repeats. First up is “Collision,” the fourth episode of the first season, in which self-healing cheerleader Claire regains consciousness in the morgue following a most disappointing night out with her peers at a bonfire party; then-mysterious H.R.G. and his accomplice Hollow Man (or who everyone else calls The Haitian) hold telepathic Matt captive in an eerie blue room; time-bending Hiro and his best bud Ando press their luck in the Las Vegas casino of then-unseen Linderman; flight-enhanced Nathan and dual personality Niki/Jessica get it on under Linderman’s watchful cameras; clairvoyant artist Isaac goes into a white-eyed, drug-induced haze and paints the pivotal season-one image of a shadowy figure menacing a then-unknown cheerleader in a stadium; and persistent geneticist Mohinder approaches Nathan for the first time. Enjoy.
