‘In Plain Sight’ Premiere Tonight
USA’s Newest Dramedy Is Here
If you’re into USA Network’s entertaining lineup of crime dramedies, don’t forget there’s a new one, In Plain Sight, scheduled to premiere tonight with West Wing alum Mary McCormack in the lead role.
McCormack plays a dedicated agent with the Federal Witness Protection Program who, along with her partner Marshall Mann (Missing Persons‘ Fred Weller), helps make people whose lives are in danger disappear.
Although not quite up to the level of quality fans are used to with predecessors Monk, Psych, and Burn Notice, the series has heaps of potential in both the humor and action departments. So, if you tune in to the pilot and find the show lacking, I suggest giving it a few more chances before deserting McCormack & Company all together.
Here’s a trailer for those who haven’t seen the ubiquitous footage yet.
