‘Flash Gordon’ and ‘Stargate Atlantis’ Return Tonight
Sci-Fi Fridays Are Back
Two staples restart airing fresh episodes on the Sci Fi Channel tonight, beginning with Flash Gordon and “Thicker Than Water” at 8pm EST and followed by Stargate Atlantis at 10pm, after a replay of the fall Atlantis finale from December 7.
While I’m not worked up about tepid Flash Gordon resuming its rookie season—I stopped watching after about the fifth episode—Stargate Atlantis is definitely something to get excited about. Tonight’s episode, “Be All My Sins Remember’d,” is the eleventh of the current fourth season. More importantly, however, it’s the second half of the two-parter that began with the final pre-hiatus installment “This Mortal Coil.”
As of now, Sci Fi is scheduling repeats of the previous week’s new Stargate Atlantis at 9pm on Fridays, sandwiched between a fresh Flash Gordon and Stargate Atlantis. This means that if you didn’t catch “This Mortal Coil” the first time around, you can tonight. Enjoy!
