Who Knew the Magic Would Last This Long?

There’s tons of good stuff coming up tonight, April 8, on the fresh “The Parts in the Sum of the Whole” installment of Bones, which just happens to be the popular procedural’s celebration-worthy 100th episode.

Not only was it directed by series star David Boreanaz, but former series regular Eric Millegan drops by to reprise his role as very-much-missed Zack Addy.

As Sweets finishes his upcoming book on Brennan and Booth’s partnership, the crime-solving duo attempts to correct some of his misperceptions by going back six years in time to the first case they collaborated on, which involved a prominent suspect that Booth was intent on proving guilty. Hence, the reappearance of Zack, who was Brennan’s grad-student assistant during that period.

Viewers will also get a bit of essential information about the hint of romantic feelings that have always been present between Brennan and Booth, including how those feelings almost prevented the team from continuing to work together.

Preview the milestone episode below. Also coming up at 9pm ET on Fox tonight is the fresh Fringe episode “Olivia. In the Lab. With the Revolver.,” which gets my vote for best TV episode title of the month.
